TKO (Leg Kicks)
These guys both came out swinging, and it didn't take long for Bolanos to chop down Hill with brutal leg kicks, causing him to collapse, while wincing in pain. Instead of finishing him on the feet, Bolanos jumped into Hill's guard, and he was tied up for a minute or so. The referee eventually stood them back up due to inactivity, Hill wasn't able to walk anymore, so the fight was stopped. The was a solid performance by Gaston Bolanos.
These guys circled around each other while pumping jabs for the first half of the opening round, and then Brown caught a kick and threw Hill to the ground with around 2 minutes left in the round. Brown settled into Hill's guard, and worked some basic ground & pound until the end of the round. Round one goes to Brown.
They spent the first half of the second round pumping jabs again, while circling around each other, and then Brown took down Hill with 2 minutes left in the round, and beat him up with ground & pound from inside his guard until the end of the round. Brown is ahead 20-18 going into the final round, without any question at all.
The final round was more of the circular jab pumping, without either fighter really going after it. Brown was probably outworking Hill on the feet though, so by the end of the fight, I scored the fight 30-27 for Eddie Brown, and all 3 judges agreed, giving him the unanimous decision victory.
